In the Bargestraat behind the more well-known Scharlooweg sits this monumental mansion of incredible beauty. It is purged right up to the access road to the Juliana bridge on an unusually large plot.

This office has space for around 40 employees in multiple single and shared office spaces. It features a large meeting room, spacious staff kitchen and ample staff and customer parking on property. The building has a separate server room and is equipped with all modern necessary wiring.

When this property was acquired a major reconstruction was needed. We brought it back to it's original state and turned it into a space suitable for offices. Stadsherstel Willemstad takes the preservation of our island heritage seriously through the maintenance of important landmarks.

This office is one of the offices of ACU, our other monument next door is also part of their offices and another building across the street as well. You could say this is the ACU-quarters.
