     This project is located on a large lot: 5.800m2 in the western part of Scharloo. The building itself covers about 700 m2. The building has been in use as a      residential house and later as immigration office. It is beautifully located and has a nice view over parts of the historic inner city of Willemstad, known as
     ‘Punda’. It was built in a classical style, and contains a large patio. Restoration starts second half of 2008.
